We also offer lots for sale, again with that beautiful ocean view, where you can build your own home. We can also build a home for you. Depending on the lot we do have some conditions in terms of design, as we want to guarantee all home owners in Dream View Estate an unencumbered view of the ocean.
Building lots Dream View Estate
About 4 hectares of the total of 6 hectares of our development, consisting mostly of open land or land with a few trees, have been earmarked as building land. This area was originally subdivided in 21 lots, all with title. Eight lots will be added in the course of 2025, all eight are partly forested. Lot sizes vary between 850 m2 and 1500 m2, with the exception of three completely forested lots (part of the 2025 subdivision) of approximately 4000 m2, and one fully forested lot of about 6400 m2. These lots are for sale only on the condition they are not cleared, meaning the forest should remain intact, with the possible exception of a minimum number of trees being cleared to build a home and an access road.
Most lots have great ocean views, some a mountain view. Most lots also offer a view over the city and Mount Isabel de Torres. The forested lots are marked a darker green on the map below, which we’ll also send as a separate file with this message.
The building lots are for sale for an average price of US$ 70 per m2. The amount varies with the quality of the view, between $65 and $75.
Forested lots without a view can be purchased for US$45 per m2, as said, under the condition that no or only a minimum number of trees are cut. The amount of cutting to be mutually agreed upon in the sales contract, before the sale is closed.
The price of the lots with a view will be raised to an average of $80 between $75 and $85) once the road leading to Dream View Estate is asphalted. The government had this planned and approved for 2023, but by June 2025 the work had not yet begun.
By June 2025, lots 9, 19 and 36 had been sold.
