The road to Dream View Estate

Rumor has it the old road from Puerto Plata through San Marcos to Copey and Imbert will be paved in the near future. Dream View Estate is located along this road, about three miles up the mountain. This would be great news for those who like to travel on smooth roads, and would reduce the time to get to and from Puerto Plata from 15 to 10 minutes. However, it would also take some of the charm of driving on that rough (though very manageable) country road. It would also push up land prices in the area – which will be reflected in the prices of the homes and land in Dream View Estate. So this is the time to buy either land or a home!
