Our pool is nearing completion!

It’s been too quiet on this blog page for the past two years or so. From here on we’ll try to do better!

Greatest news: we are finishing our communal pool area! We have built a 6 by 15 meter infinity pool (about 20 feet wide and 50 feet long), with a tremendous view, a Jacuzzi, ample terraces, and a gazebo. Expect pictures in a few weeks!

Also we have built large cisterns under the pool’s terraces to store rain and well water. Especially with an eye on the future: as with climate change dry spells are likely to lengthen and rains to intensify water harvesting will become increasingly important. We’ll be prepared. And we’ll have water to fill our pool.
